Job Title:Admission Coordinator

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admission Coordinator to join our team, an interior design school in Lekki, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admission process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admission Process Management:Coordinate and manage the admission process, including application review, document verification, and registration.
2. Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries and providing information about programs, admissions requirements, and deadlines.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases of applicants, including application status and communication history.
4. Event Coordination: Organize and participate in admission events, such as open houses and information sessions.

Requirements:

1. Education:Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
