Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering client relationships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and acquire new clients, including high-net-worth individuals,
• corporate entities, and institutional investors, to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of
• client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including investment analysts, portfolio managers, and
• legal advisors, to tailor financial products and services to meet client needs.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the
• Company’s objectives and market trends.
• Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring increased revenue and profitability.
• Track progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends,
• opportunities, and potential threats, providing insights to inform business strategies.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to secure new
• business.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to prospective clients to
• close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of business activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
• Prepare regular reports for management on performance and gives market insights.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is
• required. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CIS, ICAN) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship
• management roles within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• in a competitive market environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build
• rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• and achieving business objectives.
