Job Description
Location: Lekki–Ajah Axis, Lagos
Department: Infrastructure

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Relations Officer (Female) to serve as the face of Qualiserve Technology Ltd within the Infrastructure Department. The ideal candidate will be based around the Lekki–Ajah axis and responsible for field customer engagement while also supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the company professionally at client-designated locations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts
• Ensure effective customer follow-up and retention
• Provide feedback and updates on client interactions to the team
• Perform light administrative duties as needed
• Utilize MS Word and basic computer tools efficiently
Requirements:
• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or customer relations
• Conversant with MS Word
• Sociable, engaging, and persuasive personality
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Persistent and result-driven
• Must reside within or around the Lekki–Ajah axis
