Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage check-ins, check-outs, room reservations, and handle guest inquiries.
Address concerns, and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews to enhance the hotel’s services and reputation.
Requirements:
Must live in Lekki Phase 1 or its environ
3 years proven experience
Degree in a related field
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
