Depot Supervisor

Key Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in depot, warehouse, or inventory management roles.
Proven ability to manage warehouse operations and lead a small team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with inventory management software is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all depot operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate accurate inventory management.
Ensure proper documentation, processing of journal entries, and filing of all transactions.
Review and process requisitions; plan and schedule shipments based on routes and depot locations.
Supervise the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks.
Ensure proper stock storage, organization, space utilization, and orderliness within the depot.
Conduct and participate in regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Oversee material stock transfers and ensure timely, accurate movement of goods.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all stock movements and transactions.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on stock levels, transfers, and depot performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
