Job Description:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-competent Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office packages, and possess strong content writing skills. This role also involves managing the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, and enhancing brand visibility online.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the executive team
Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
Draft and proofread emails, reports, and documents
Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries/comments
Maintain and organize digital files and records
Assist in coordinating company events and property listings
Ensure effective internal and external communication
Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

2–4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong content writing and editing skills
Experience managing social media accounts professionally
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Must reside in Abuja, preferably close to Area 11
