As we scale our subsidiaries—W2A Capital, W2A Trade, and the W2A Impact Foundation—we seek a highly organized, intelligent, and driven Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO and help manage the fast-paced demands of a growing global organization.

Role Summary

The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of her schedule, correspondence, internal priorities, and external engagements. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to stay several steps ahead. You’ll help manage the CEO’s vision and execution across departments, partnerships, and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, travel, and communication flow with professionalism and confidentiality.
Project Coordination: Track follow-ups and action points across departments to ensure CEO priorities are being executed.
Stakeholder Management: Support correspondence with investors, partners, donors, and government stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

Internal Communication: Help organize internal reports, strategy meetings, and performance reviews to align with CEO goals.
Research & Briefings: Prepare talking points, investor briefs, and event notes in advance of meetings and public engagements.
Execution Support: Ensure the CEO is always well-prepared, documents are ready, meetings are optimized, and next steps are tracked.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4–7 years in an executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations role (experience in high-growth or international organizations is a plus)
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
Strong discretion and emotional intelligence

Ability to handle pressure, multiple priorities, and fast-moving schedules
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
Tech-savvy and resourceful (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, virtual meeting tools, etc.)

CEO operates at maximum efficiency with minimal blockers
Key decisions and communications are well-documented and followed up
Stakeholder engagements are timely, strategic, and professional
Internal operations align with strategic goals and CEO direction
Critical issues are flagged and handled before they escalate
