Job Description
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media, referrals).
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, and prepare sales contracts.
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide exceptional pre-and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive activities.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and present sales reports to management as required.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven track record of success in sales, with 2+ years of experience in a sales role.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [specific industry, e.g., B2B software sales, pharmaceutical sales, retail sales].
Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling).
Multilingual abilities.
