Management Trainee Analysts

OB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a focused and motivated Management Trainee Analyst to join our team. This entry level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands on experience in data analysis, recruitment and general office tasks. The Management trainee will work closely with various departments, providing support and gaining exposure to different aspects of the company.
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Collect, organize and analyze data to support business decisions.
Create reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to improve business processes.
Assist in recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update candidate’s databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Support onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry and handling of correspondence.
Schedule meetings and take minutes of meetings.
Assist with various projects and tasks as needed by different departments.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree in any social science, engineering or any IT related field.
Work experience preferably a Consulting Firm
Minimum of 5 credits in O’level incuding Mathematics and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Fast typing skills.
Good communication skills (Verbal and Oral)
Attention to details.
