Job Description
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives.
• Recruit and add realtors to community groups.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
• Conduct regular account reviews and meetings to assess client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide clients with product information, training, and support to maximize their success.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related course
• Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Sales Manager or Marketing Manager preferably in a Real Estate industry or a related field.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in CRM software and all Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
