Job Title: Sales and Business Development Executive – In ARCHIVING SOLUTION INDUSTRY
Reports To: Records Manager/Branch Manager
Supervises: Business Sales and Development

Job Overview:
Responsible for identifying client needs in the archiving and records management sector, providing tailored physical and digital archiving solutions. Focus on lead generation, prospect conversion, and long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in archiving and records management.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and repeat business.
Execute sales strategies to meet targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Present archiving solutions and prepare proposals.
Report on sales performance and market insights.
Collaborate with records teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Proven sales experience in archiving or records management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with archiving trends and CRM software.

Success Indicators:
Meeting/exceeding sales targets.
