Job Description
Location: Lagos / Abuja
Reports to: Regional Sales Lead
Net Salary: ₦167,000
Our client, a top-tier inter-brokerage and investment banking firm, is seeking passionate and results-driven Direct Sales Executives (DSEs) to join their growing team.
As a DSE, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively source new leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals.
• Promote and present company products and services to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Deliver engaging product pitches and client presentations.
• Log all client interactions and sales activities accurately using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for client engagement and business development.
