Job Description

Draft and send professional client communications including onboarding emails, policy reminders, updates, and termination notices.
• Prepare and manage client onboarding packs (KYC, Agreements, Visitation Policy).
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of client visits, storage movements, and audit trails.
• Monitor and flag deviations from SOPs and escalate when necessary.
• Schedule and log client visit appointments and coordinate with operations staff.
• Maintain a database of all active and inactive clients, including documentation status.
• Support logistics staff with back-office needs (invoices, client forms, incident logs).
• Assist with CRM updates and client record filing on digital platforms (e.g., Zoho, Google Drive).
• Coordinate internal communications for policy updates or audit-related tasks.
Salary:
₦90,000.00 Monthly
