Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Program Coordinator to oversee and support the execution of programs across departments. This role is fully remote and requires strong time management, communication, and digital collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support program activities, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and communication records.

Monitor progress of programs and provide regular status updates to supervisors.

Identify and resolve issues that may impact the success of the program.

Utilize digital tools (e.g., Asana, Google Workspace,) to manage and collaborate effectively.
