Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 (Net)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet in Victoria Island. The ideal candidate will ensure the store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Manage stock levels and ensure availability of core products at all times.

Monitor and improve sales performance to meet targets and KPIs.

Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.

Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Train, motivate, and manage store staff to ensure top performance.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely stock replenishment.

Implement loss prevention strategies and minimize stock shrinkage.

Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.

Requirements:
HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Must reside in or around Victoria Island or be willing to relocate.
Salary:
₦250,000.00 Monthly
