About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a business owner managing a fashion design company and an academy. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage staff and client communications effectively. You will also be responsible for managing emails, reporting, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Management & Client Communication:
Organize and manage Gmail inbox with labels, ensuring important emails are flagged and responded to promptly.
Maintain and update a client mailing list for weekly newsletters, scheduling and sending content from Content Teams.
Respond to client inquiries and handle email correspondence efficiently.
2. Staff Management:
Oversee daily operations and communication with staff in both the fashion business and academy.
Ensure timely reporting from staff, summarizing key activities and updates for the business owner.
3. Reporting:
Compile and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for both businesses.
Provide summaries of client interactions, business updates, and staff progress.
4. General Administrative Support:
Organize and manage the client’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Maintain and store important documents, ensuring easy access.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience managing Gmail and organizing email accounts with labels and filters.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage staff and client relationships remotely.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
