Job Description

We are seeking a smart, courteous, and creative Front Desk Officer & Social Media Executive to be the first point of contact for our company while also managing our online presence. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, computer literate, and passionate about customer service and digital communication. This dual-role position combines front office management with digital brand engagement responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations

Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.

Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to emails.

Manage appointments, schedules, and the visitor logbook.

Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

Handle mail and package deliveries efficiently.

Support general administrative duties.

Social Media Management

Develop and schedule engaging content across company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).

Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly to comments and messages.

Track social media metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.

Stay updated on current social media trends and suggest improvements to increase engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams to align content with promotions and company goals.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree B.Sc./Hnd from a recognized institution.

Completion of Nysc is mandatory.

Age: preferably 28 years or younger.

Previous experience in customer-facing roles or social media management is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

A professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor.

Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express) is a plus.
