Job Description
Run office-related errands such as deliveries, pickups, and purchasing supplies
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Keep office areas clean, tidy, and well-organized
Replenish office supplies, pantry items, and maintain stock levels
Support administrative staff with basic tasks such as mail handling and document distribution
Set up meeting rooms and ensure necessary supplies or refreshments are in place
Perform messenger duties within or outside the office
Assist in maintaining office equipment and alerting staff of any issues
Handle other general duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting light packages or walking for errands
Basic organizational and time-management skills
Honest, punctual, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
Our Work Environment:
Office-based role which may involve frequent movement during work hours
May require local travel for errands
May include lifting or carrying items up
