Job Description

Development and oversight of business strategy
• Oversight of all strategic and tactical marketing and sales initiatives
• Lead process development aimed.
• Lead strategic market assessment to determine optimum service, price, and brand positioning for services to maximize penetration and profitability.
• Advise senior management team on the management and optimal brand position for the company.
• Create and execute strategies to meet or exceed annual goals and objectives in the areas of growth and profitability across all services offered.
• Continually develop new client business by pursuing business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivating relationships with existing clients (e.g., Agency / Partner Initiatives)
• Work closely with the senior management team to ensure all sales propositions are operationally, commercially, and economically viable.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with clients and other constituencies.
• Successfully conceptualize position, and develop, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
• Facilitate growth of the company’s sales through revenue and margin generation and through recruiting, managing and mentoring /coaching team associates.
• Participate and advise senior management team on issues affecting clients and assist in strategic planning.
• Work closely with client service team to manage relationships with clients, review client and prospect performance, check continued client satisfaction and extend relationships accordingly.
