Job Description:
Our firm, a reputable accounting practice based in Abuja, is seeking to hire a competent and experienced Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secretarial duties and excellent proficiency in office tools and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general secretarial and administrative tasks.

Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and documents.

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).

Schedule meetings and manage appointments.

Handle document design using Microsoft Office and Corel Draw.

Conduct internet-based research and information gathering.

Support day-to-day office operations and communication flow.

Requirements:

Diploma in Secretarial Administration or related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Corel Draw.

Skilled in internet research and online tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be male and resident in Abuja.
Salary:
